Personal information you disclose to us

- Profile photos, if you choose to add one
- Content you enter into the app, such as ingredients, pantry items, saved recipes, shopping lists and support messages
- Photos you upload of ingredients, labels or screenshots
Payment data. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Card numbers and billing details are collected and stored by Paddle, not by us. We receive only your subscription status, plan and billing period.
Social login data. You can register using your Google account. If you do, we receive basic profile information such as your email address, name and avatar from Google.
Device and app data. When you use the app we may collect or request:
- Camera access: used only when you scan a barcode or photograph an ingredient label. You can change this permission in your browser or device settings.
- Device data: basic technical information such as browser type, operating system and IP address, collected automatically for security and diagnostics.
- Notifications: we may ask permission to send expiry reminders. You can opt out at any time in Settings or your device settings.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.
Google API
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
- To provide and administer our Services. Including account creation, authentication, and managing user accounts.
- To deliver requested services. Such as generating recipes, tracking pantry items, and building shopping lists.

11. Controls for do-not-track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting. If you enable DNT, we will not track your online browsing activity. California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry standard for recognizing DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
